- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Same issue as someone else. I went with my veterans insurance card to get a $100 examination. The service is covered and it was written on the form to bill Veteran's for this exam. When I left the finance clerk had assured me that the payment had gone through and that Veterans had accepted the payment. I came back and she left me a voice mail to say that i owe $100.... now she even gave my name to the credit bureau!!! That is insane. Is 27 years Ive never had one single late payment and now i do because of this dentist's fault. The finane clerk service is awful. Do NOT go there if you are paying through your insurance. Be aware!!
