- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I simply wanted a general cleaning. I was charged $308 for a mandatory "consultation" prior to the cleaning, during which they took a million X-rays and pictures and some other useless exam I have never had before, all to tell me that "everything looks good", but tried to upsell me on braces and asked me if I had ever considered cosmetic services (which I definitely do not need, my teeth are pretty immaculate actually). Then they were going to charge me $850 for the cleaning with sedation. So almost $1200 for a general cleaning appointment all in all. You have got to be kidding me. Never. An absolutely over the top place. They seem mostly geared towards cosmetic dentistry, and doing a lot of unnecessary tests and work. Never would I recommend or go back.by Brent McGrathAugust 18, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible experience with this dentist group. I will never deal with this money hungry dental group again and neither should you. I had to put down a $500 deposit to hold an appointment, which I have recently discovered is not the norm. I had to arrange and pay for child care, miss an unpaid day of work for this appointment because it required IV sedation. In the end they kept my $500 deposit when I showed up for my appointment and mentioned that I had eaten toast that morning. They said I shouldn't have have had anything and because of that they are keeping my $500 deposit for the inconvenience. And if I wanted to rebook for the appointment that I would have to give them another $500. I am now out of about $600 right before Christmas for absolutely getting no work done.I understand that a fee should have be fairly applied because I was in the wrong for eating toast that morning. ( I forgot that we are not supposed to eat) Maybe the cost of a missed or cancelled appointment? But to take my entire deposit of $500 for doing absolutely no work at all, was unacceptable to me.by Amy TowleFebruary 07, 2017
