  Head vet, arrogant SOB... I took a dog in that I was intrusted with care (boarding kennel) Had a signed contract, but when I gave them a copy to photocopy, they went thru the whole file and took information that was not theirs to take! When I talked to Dr. Rudeness, and explained that he had no right to go through my file without my permission as it was a breech of confidentiality. While telling this vet how upset I was, he proceeded to interrupt, told me I had no business doing what I did and that none of this was my business and that he had every right to do what he did even though I had already told the owners. He told me I was guilty and that's why I didn't tell owners!! He also said he had every right to talk to owners before treatment and when I asked what if they couldn't reach the owners, does that mean they will let the pets suffer? No response. No idea what he is like as a vet, but as a human being, not worthy to ever deal with my pets!
