They always try to accommodate your preferred appointment times, and follow-up regularly with reminders so you don’t forget. The reception staff are friendly, always greet their customers by name with a smile on their face, and take all of the legwork out of submitting your insurance claims. The technicians are very knowledgeable and efficient yet gentle during routine cleanings, and full of helpful dental hygiene tips. Dr Song is a pleasure to deal with, and suggests different options depending on your means. Both my husband & I are patients of Metro Dental, and once our son has enough teeth to warrant regular check-ups, he will be too. I highly recommend them!by Carmel BMarch 02, 2017
