- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not overly impressed. seemed great when getting quotes but now not even a month in being nickle and dimed to death. Being told we haven't been driving as long as we say we have, being told we have to pay for the year in 10 months instead of evenly spread out over 12. Too much ridiculousness. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across. It started out that I simply needed information about my policy. I will now be paying the cancellation fee to cancel all of my policies asap. It has been over a month. It takes over a week for an email response. When you call, everyone you speak to gives you a different answer. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible customer service. The guy I am dealing with is very condescending and has a terrible attitude. I don't think they realize that there is an acceptable and an UNacceptable way to speak with your clients. Plain rude.
