  A visit to Human 2.0 is my favourite way to start the day! The group workouts are varied. The coaches are well-prepared, thoroughly trained, and quick to adapt to individual needs. The atmosphere is always supportive and encouraging. The people, staff and other members, are great people to be around. After almost two years, I know I am stronger, more flexible, healthier, and a better Human! I am hooked - there is no getting bored with your workout here!

  Love this place! It completely changed the way I saw fitness and health. The trainers are extremely professional and most of all inspiring. I've been going for two years now and in that time this gym had given me reasons to come back every day to push my fitness further than i ever thought possible.

  There's no other facility in the City of Ottawa that provides the coaching and programming that Human 2.0 does. Their focus is on learning how to build strength through movement and gymnastics strength training in a safe and fun environment. Every class is challenging whether you're a beginner (any age) or a retired elite athlete. Every class has progressions for the movements for various levels of abilities, an aspect that keeps everyone motivated and hungry for more! After playing varsity sport in university, I was looking for a facility that would provide me with the same challenges in my training and I'm glad I found this place! It's definitely my favourite part to each day!!
