  Very helpful and friendly dentist and staff. Much better and nicer than the "mcdonald's style" dental office in billings where staff has no ides if you were there or not and tries to bill you for things you never had. Also did Invisalign here and that went well. I had a mouth injury and tried to get emergency care at the place in billings mall and they gave me an apt, then when I show up they told me they were overbooked and to come back another day. This was for a serious injury too-where I needed an x-ray to make sure nothing was broken. Called this dental office and was able to be seen right away and staff was super helpful. I guess if I have to put a minus, it will be that one of the hygienists,I did not like my cleaning as much-there was some new person. But usually when it was the person who usually did my cleaning,it was much less painful. Update Apr 2017: still pleased, also no issues with getting staff for fill out insurance papers, they will send them out for you. Most dental offices will not send or fill out insurance papers and if your insurance is the kind that a doctor has to fill and send the forms,you are out of luck at most places. Dental place at Billings refuses to send papers for anyone.
