- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Just got my braces removed and I am overjoyed with the results. I can't stop smiling. Although I am an adult getting braces, the clinic is filled with mostly teenagers and some other adults like me finally getting around to getting them done. I am very very picky, and I was very impressed not only by the results but of how professional and friendly the staff was every step of the way. They listen and resolve any concerns you have and are very knowledgeable when answering technical questions. I was recommended by my dentist Dr. Frank Lee, after I orginally consulted with another orthodontist and am soo happy with my decision. Would only recommend Dr. Chumak to anyone thinking of getting braces. Ottawa is lucky to have him and his dedicated staff. The only downside is they don't work directly with your insurance, so you have to do a bit of extra paper work if it is covered by your dental insurance.by Aseel HamdanSeptember 07, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience at Centrepointe Orthodontics! Dr. Chumak is so knowledgeable and professional. He made me feel at ease in every step of the process. Being an adult requiring braces for the second time I needed someone that did the job right. Dr. Chumak strives for perfection but never rushed the process so I was never uncomfortable or in any pain after any adjustment. The staff were always lively and attentive to everything, I rarely had to wait in the waiting room as they are always on time. They made me feel like family and I miss seeing them regularly as my treatment is now over! I am complimented often on how nice my teeth look.
