  I contacted​ ​Dr​ ​Shadid​ ​on​ ​the​ ​request​ ​of​ ​a​ ​friend​ ​as​ ​my​ ​wisdom​ ​teeth​ ​started​ ​bothering​ ​me​ ​greatly and​ ​I​ ​could​ ​not​ ​take​ ​much​ ​more.​ ​I​ ​was​ ​in​ ​a​ ​hurry​ ​to​ ​have​ ​them​ ​removed​ ​as​ ​they​ ​became​ ​an issue​ ​about​ ​a​ ​week​ ​before​ ​I​ ​was​ ​due​ ​to​ ​leave​ ​on​ ​a​ ​big​ ​trip​ ​for​ ​three​ ​weeks.​ ​I​ ​contacted​ ​Dr Shadid​ ​on​ ​Thursday​ ​and​ ​was​ ​surprised​ ​to​ ​hear​ ​back​ ​a​ ​few​ ​minutes​ ​later​ ​and​ ​the​ ​office​ ​told​ ​me they​ ​had​ ​an​ ​opening​ ​and​ ​were​ ​willing​ ​to​ ​see​ ​me​ ​for​ ​a​ ​consult​ ​the​ ​next​ ​day.​ ​At​ ​the​ ​console​ ​I​ ​was able​ ​to​ ​set​ ​up​ ​insurance​ ​easily​ ​and​ ​found​ ​myself​ ​at​ ​ease​ ​in​ ​the​ ​office​ ​with​ ​a​ ​nice​ ​environment and​ ​friendly​ ​staff.​ ​After​ ​I​ ​got​ ​x-rays​ ​done​ ​I​ ​met​ ​Dr​ ​Shadid​ ​who​ ​explained​ ​everything​ ​and​ ​assured me​ ​everything​ ​would​ ​go​ ​well.​ ​The​ ​office​ ​was​ ​able​ ​to​ ​be​ ​book​ ​me​ ​in​ ​on​ ​Tuesday​ ​due​ ​to​ ​me leaving​ ​Saturday​ ​as​ ​well​ ​which​ ​I​ ​was​ ​extremely​ ​happy​ ​about.​ ​When​ ​I​ ​got​ ​my​ ​teeth​ ​pulled despite​ ​being​ ​a​ ​few​ ​minutes​ ​behind​ ​due​ ​to​ ​another​ ​patient​ ​the​ ​procedure​ ​was​ ​quick​ ​and​ ​easy and​ ​was​ ​done​ ​in​ ​30​ ​or​ ​so​ ​minutes.​ ​After​ ​Dr​ ​Shadid​ ​gave​ ​me​ ​his​ ​card​ ​and​ ​I​ ​was​ ​able​ ​to​ ​easily get​ ​in​ ​touch​ ​with​ ​him​ ​during​ ​the​ ​recovery.​ ​Thanks​ ​to​ ​Dr​ ​Shadid​ ​and​ ​his​ ​Staff​ ​I​ ​had​ ​an​ ​amazing vacation​ ​without​ ​worrying​ ​about​ ​my​ ​teeth.​ ​I​ ​will​ ​definitely​ ​be​ ​going​ ​back​ ​to​ ​Dr​ ​Shadid​ ​for​ ​all​ ​my dental​ ​needs​ ​and​ ​highly​ ​recommend​ ​him​ ​for​ ​wisdom​ ​teeth​ ​extractions​ ​and​ ​general​ ​dentistry.   Very down to earth and friendly. Considerate of the patients, not out to take your money. The best health establishment I've been to in a number of years. Highly recommended.

  Great Customer Service. Beautiful Location. All the hygienists/technicians are awesome. In the past I usually have a favourite, but not here. Dr. Shadid clearly has a talent for choosing team members. Dr. Shadid is also apparently a comedian, so if going to the dentist has made you nervous in the past, he makes you forget your worries and you'll end up laughing instead.
