- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The receptionist took it upon herself to chastise me because another member of my family kept cancelling their visit. I found this VERY unprofessional. Even after I spoke with Dr C about this, I still didn't get an apology for the appalling behaviour. After 12 years of loyalty to this clinic, I decided it was time to part ways.
