  The only reason I would not recommend this place is so I could keep it's amazingness to myself. The staff is amazing, the hygienist's are real people who don't judge or scold, the dentist knows his stuff (he found stuff, I noticed but never mentioned, that my other dentist never saw), they focus completely on their patients having a comfortable experience with hot towels, television access...they even have a vestibule with a heater that has dried and warmed my winter boots while I was in the office. Dr. Fayad is a specialist in tongue and lip tie laser removal, which is something I had researched and looked for specialists in months beforehand. These specialists aren't easy to come by and I was elated to find one 5 minutes away - especially when there were only about 3 in Canada and a handful throughout the U.S. Anyway, truly the best I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend this place...but don't go there because I want it to stay that way, always...lol.

  Do not take your kids to Dr. Fayad. He will go beyond the scope of his practice to berade you with his ignorant opinion on the health and developmental status of your children. Children that regularily see a pediatrician with no mention of developmental delays, children that are excelling at school. As a dentist, he was suppose to help them with their tongue and lip ties but instead blamed the parents for them, something that is out of their control and had been missed by many professionals over the years. Don't go to Dr.Fayad unless you want to receive a tirade of unsolicited, uneducated opinions instead of tangible solutions to the original problem you sought help for.
