  From my initial phone call to my subsequent visits I was very impressed. The entire staff is professional and courteous. I have no problem putting my mouth in their hands.

  If you are getting a cleaning here DON'T. They run a very crooked business, there are a lot of extra fees they will not tell you about until you receive the bill at the end. Went to get ONE cleaning and ended up paying almost $500! I have never in my life had a cleaning for $465. They insisted that I needed an x-ray, an oral exam, and who knows what else they added to the bill. The oral hygienist did not finish the cleaning on my first visit because I had questions for the Dentist (Dr. Li) about another procedure with laser and about the health of my gums, we chatted for quite a while. Keep in mind this laser procedure is over $4,000... So, the Oral Hygienist asked me to come another day to "finish the cleaning". She never mentioned once, when I come back to finish the cleaning I would be billed AGAIN for "finishing the cleaning". We talked to her afterwards and she openly admitted if, we had not chatted with the Dentist she would have finished the cleaning that day and it was not our fault they will reimburse some funds for next time I come to do a cleaning. We get a call on Monday, a different lady saying they are not doing any reimbursement. The only reason why I have come here, as oppose to my regular Dentist is because they are open on the weekends when I do not have work. I booked another cleaning in 3 months, but cancelled it because of obvious reasons above. Unless they can apologize and return what they have over charged me, they have lost me as a customer for regular 3 month cleanings and the over $4,000 laser procedure. My husband and 2 daughters were also going to book, not anymore. I have a lot more to say, if anyone would like proof of our bill I am willing to share.   I moved to Kanata from Toronto almost 3-1/2 years ago and admit that it was with no little trepidation that I needed to find a dental service to replace the one which I had become accustomed and respected . Bridlewood dental is a short walk from my then new residence...so I tried it out first with anticipation that if they were even close to the professional services of my previous experience it might be adequate. Much to my surprise andabsolute delight , not only were they acceptably adequate, but also surpassed the previous experience...I did not think it was possible! ALL of the services over the past three plus years have been performed with the utmost professionalism, genuine care and step by step description of the service. I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone seeking dental services to visit Bridlewood Dental.
