  Called about a referral. They missed it 1st time. Called 3 times on 2 weeks period and left message every time. They only got back to me on the 3rd trial. Wait time is ridiculous 14-16 months to see a neurologist! No professional phone etiquette. Adim kept cutting me off and rushing not listening.

  Dear corresponding admin representative of Booth Neurology/Dear reader, I won't share my thoughts on the service offered by doctors themselves here, because I am certain every doctor is different (although I had Dr Karen Ho, and was thoroughly displeased her service + diligence); however, I must make a note about their reception. It too is rather unprofessional unfortunately. One cannot even leave a message because their mailbox is constantly full, and they don't always answer their phones. They actually forget to turn their phones off once 9am hits too. Right now, it's 10 am, and they still say "we answer our lines at 9am". To put that into perspective, you can only talk to someone 1 out of every 20 times calling them, and you can't even leave a message. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. Even in person, the reception had a hard time signing me in efficiently and almost sent me away thinking I was in the wrong place until the other lady there finally found my name in their system. Unfortunately then, I cannot recommend this Doctor's office in any sort of positive light... as much as I would maybe like to. Regards, Nicholas

  Oddly enough, this doctor's office is one I would not recommend. I say "oddly enough" because doctors offices are typically a business that always achieves a certain high standard of service here in Canada. In any regard, the reception here is hit or miss, and at least one of the persons working there should be let go... it was not a welcoming or smooth registration to say the least, and her coworker had to help her input my most basic contact info both when arriving and departing. Odd. Further, Dr. Karen Ho is the least caring and professional doctor I have ever met. She did not smile once during our meeting and she generally acted in a demeaning - e.g. scoffing at my occupation - and ambivalent manner. What is most appalling is that she contested my statements with four-five other doctors' notes, repeated questions, and overall gave me the idea she was not listening to anything I was saying. Maybe she had a bad day, I don't know... I just can't wait to be done with Dr. Ho unfortunately. Be advised!

  Dr Nguyen is a great neurologist. He is the first one to actually listen to me. After years of begging and pleading with my former neurologist I am finally getting the help I need for my Migraines and cluster headaches which are very debilitating. The reception area is efficient and they do not keep you standing there for no reason. The only thing keeping them from a 5 start like all neurologists they are over booked and don't keep your appointment time. They are always an hour or so behind and that is unfair to the client who is taking time off work to be there in most cases. Otherwise they do a great job and not sure what the bitching is all about, except from racist pricks who have nothing better to do.
