  I went to see Dr. Gunay after not going to the dentist for many years. I was having trouble with a tooth and it turns out I needed a root canal. I was so nervous but Dr. Gunay made me feel comfortable . She was so gentle and made the experience much better. The root canal was a tough one but she did a great job. There is no one I would trust to take care of my teeth other than her. The staff is very friendly and overall a great place to go.

  Very poor customer service. I recently visited this dentist, as I have been doing for years, for my regular cleaning and an x-ray. After my appointment, the receptionist informed me that they will no longer be doing direct billing to my insurance company (as it was "too complicated" for them) and that I had to pay for the full appointment. I paid my bill, and waited for my 90% return from insurance - instead, I got a notice from my insurance company that the dentist, in fact, was paid my 90%. Now, my (former) dentist, has the 100% that I paid, AND the 90% that my insurance company paid. I have called the office a couple of times looking for a resolution to what should have been a simple a problem, however the receptionists keep telling me they will 'look into it, and call me back'.... Yet, no one ever calls me back! They created this situation, and they should be eager to solve it - that's pretty basic customer service. I would NOT recommend this office.
