  Been with this clinic for a year, they never respond when you call. They dont have an answering machine, and they always make you wait when your on time for you appointment. On top of that did i mention they'll never answer the phone? ive called over and over again for an hour and they never responded, it really drives me insane, and if youre elderly and cant open the door good luck because they dont even have a door for disabled people. Like what kind of clinic is this? Update 2017 : This clinic has improved a lot with their communication and i finally give them 4 stars. Dr.oishi is also a fantastic doctor and i recommend him to anyone and including LGBT people :3 thanks Dr . Oishi :D

  Always waiting 40 mins to an hour longer then scheduled time just to get him to walk in. He always tries to convince me to see one of his nurses instead of him dispite repeated demands to see him specifically, and seems really unfocused and scattered when he manages to show up for an appointment. Never been more disappointed with my medical care. I suggest avoiding if possible.
