I had the pleasure of finding this office when I moved to Ottawa and since the first phone call they were helpful in giving me an appointment the next day as it was sort of an emergency. Everybody who I came in contact with was professional and kind. Office is clean with modern equipment. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was looking for a new dentist that does Cerec crowns, so I went in for a cleaning & the hygienist thought I had a cavity under my crown? An Xray should show a cavity, and it didn't. Afterwards Dr. Dalios took an x-ray then suggested a CT scan to check for crack in root? $$$ very expensive procedure at Endodontics so I went to get a second opinion with another dentist & it was suggested having a CT scan is going overboard especially when I had no symptoms? The 2nd opinion dentist said he could check for a cavity just by drilling a hole and verifying also a cracked root is not a big deal and they were suggesting maybe I would need an implant? I am not going back to Trillium dental, I don't trust them I think they were trying to pull a fast one on me.by Brenda LMay 02, 2017
