  It is convenient here because it is open 24/7 but the staff are incredibly rude and prejudice. Cosmetics staff are not very knowledgeable about the products and are very mean if you ever need to return items even if they are unopened.

  Some of the poorest customer service I've ever received at the pharmacy. I called to renew my birth control prescription and it turned out I had run out. When I said they didn't mention I had run out last time I picked up the lady named Ingrid became irate and suggested that I needed to be more responsible with my prescriptions. When I asked if I should take my business to a pharmacy that actually cared about my patronage she said "go ahead" and hung up on me. I went down to Findlay Creek and the pharmacist easily issued me a new pack until I was able to see my doctor. Another time I called to renew my birth control prescription and the pharmacist said it had been too long since I picked up the same prescription so she didn't feel comfortable issuing it to me and refused. This is birth control not a hardcore narcotic. I argued with her that my doctor had prescribed it and it wasn't up to her to decide when I picked it up - that was between my physician and myself. She refused. I didn't realize obtaining something as simple as birth control in Canada could be such a challenge! Do yourself a favour and drive down the street to Findlay Creek. The pharmacist and staff are much better than this 3rd world excuse for a store.

  The fourth month dealing with some medication for a loved one going through Cancer treatment..... A hassle each and every time I have to get these two drugs - seriously you have done this before and should have some idea of what to do. Knowing it's for someone dealing with this sort of condition you'd think someone would take more care in getting it "right" the first time. For Pharmacy stuff I'd steer clear of here if you can - Costco is cheaper and far more efficient - had to go here due to Insurance requirements - you don't need membership to Costco to use Pharmacy just an an fyi to everyone - the store itself is not bad, a tad old and need of updating but staff are generally amazing.
