  Dealt with this Shoppers for 4 years. It is so poorly run, and the mistakes so numerous, that it became a nightmare to deal with. Prescriptions lost, or forgotten to re-fill. On numerous occasions I would confirm with them my prescription was to be delivered the next day, and then when it wasn't delivered the next day, call to find out why and discover it was never even filled. These mishaps became a weekly occurrence and are just too numerous to mention. And twice I came directly to here from the hospital after surgery, and was told the wait was 20 minutes only to end up waiting more than 2 hours. A revolving door of staff and pharmacists, every time I went in there was someone new. And the owner. Well, I'd rather gouge my eyes out with a spoon than try to have another constructive conversation with her. Spare yourself the grief and just go somewhere else.

  First off, they need to fix their parking lot asap there is a massive hole in the middle of the lot dangerous and damaging to cars. Don't wait until someone claims damage. Second this shoppers lacks a photo section disappointing. Has grocery at least and decent beauty section!

  I stopped shopping at this particular store for one reason only: LOSS PREVENTION GUY STALKING CUSTOMERS. For the first 2 months, I noticed the same guy in civilian clothes just walking around stalking customers who were not Caucasian. On the last day I ever visited this store, this same 'loss prevention' guy followed me and my small kids. I turned and stared at him dead straight in the face and he acted like he was looking at the same shelf, mind you I was in the `feminine products` section...I figured he was working for shoppers because he scurried to the stockroom when I was trying to figure out if he was a pervert or not, I nearly called 911 on him. Well, he went in the stock room so I was kinda relieved?....Does he not get that many customers are waiting around for the pharmacy to fill their prescription? And what do we do while we wait? WE BROWSE THE AISLES!!! DUH! I thought 'no way is he going to get anywhere near my small kids like some pervert', so I decided to NEVER, EVER SET FOOT AT THIS SHOPPERS. Why get stalked and intimidated and than forking over your money to these ignorant people? Most shoppers drugmarts are great, just not this one.
