  Good reception. They always greet you with a smile. The doctor is wonderful. As a specialist and not just a general practitioner. The place is clean and comfortable. The nurses are wonderful

  Friendly start! I was calling all over the city looking for a Family Doctor for myself and my 2 children. I called and the receptionist was very nice and told me that 3 of their doctors were accepting new patients. She was able to book me to see the Doctor with my kids with back to back appointments. It was great. I had a hard time getting through at my lunch hour but the receptionist told me the phones are off daily from 12pm-1pm. I didn't want long in the waiting room for my appt, and the Nurse is amazing with children. Both front desk staff are fairly new but are very pleasant and very helpful with some questions I had. Overall, great start!

  I have been trying to get an appointment to get a referral for a xray for 2 weeks. I call at different times on different days and always get the busy signal, when it does ring(3 times only) no one picks up. Except for one time, which I was put on hold, and then hung up on. I can't walk on my knee or bend it, at this point I am going to be going to the hospital and letting them know.
