  I fell today in the produce department of this store. I slipped on some produce that must have fallen on the floor. I skinned my right knee, and had my left foot and ankle wedged under the shopping cart. A young lady who was shopping with her toddler helped me off the floor. I wrenched my back during thd fall also. No sign was placed over the fruit that was squished on the floor. When I told the cashier working the self-service area...she was not interested at all that I fell. I proceeded to checkout my groceries. I took the groceries to my car. I decided to go back into the store and tell someone. I went to the Customer Service counter and the nice lady called the manager. The manager, Mike, came to talk to me. He took down my name and cell number. He asked what happened. I wanted to show him where I fell. As we were talking to the area of the squished fruit on the floor I noticed two thin, clear produce bags had fallen in the floor in the produce isle. I told the manager that the bags were another accident waiting to happen. He said"Oh yeah". He told me he was going to fill out an accident report. I hope he did. My knee is quite sore and my back is very stiff. I noticed staff at this location do not smile and seem quite unhappy. Just thought I would share.

  One stop shopping. Everyday clothes, hardware, pharmacy, toys, takeout meals and groceries. They have it all. Store is huge, well laid out, enormous variety of products to choose from. All your daily needs in one convenient location. Staff commitment to a positive shopping experience is lacking. They're just people doing a mundane job until it's time to go home.

  Usually has the best prices, service is good and store has a lot of amenities. Sells beer and wine. Produce could be fresher on a more consistent basis.

  Huge warehouse style grocery store. Has not only food but housewares, pharmacy, optical, kids section, and full line of Joe Fresh clothes. Partial upper level has fitness centre, Medical office, and cooking area for classes. Great one stop shop.

  Overall a good store. The lines can be long and all the people working in the ailes just speak French and refuse to speak English. Good thing I'm from Quebec and can speak French well but this can be a turn-off for some people. My main complaint is that they move entire sections of the store around all the time. I go there maybe once every 2 weeks and each time I need to figure out where they moved something. This is very frustrating and can make a, what should be 5min long visit, take 15min at times
