  I had back muscle spasm. First Physio visit is emergency, I give 5 star coz it helped me a lot, but the visit after that make me feel like I am forgotten, the place is too busy. but it really works

  I am an avid walker. I developed recently excruciating pains in the heal. I was diagnosed as "plantar fasciiatis. Arthur and Manpreet, like the two magician that they are, tried ART, acupuncture etc. Nothing was working. They convinced me to try shock waves. I was fearful since both family doctor and chiropractor warned me in advance of being quite painful(but with good results). Manpreet did the first treatment last week. The pain during it was at an acceptable level. The constant sharp pain that I had for 6 weeks started to diminish after 24 hours and a week later is 80% gone. I was even able to go for two long walks(~6km each) and one cardio class. I am heading tomorrow to the second treatment with total confidence. Thank you. I had a total of 5 shock waves treatments for plantar fasciatis. I got my left foot back!!! Very effective! Arthur and Manpreet deserve to be trusted. They master the procedure. The pain during the treatments is tolerable and decreases every week. Thank you, once again!

  I was skeptical of physiotherapy due to a previous poor experience elsewhere but ran out of options. I was suffering from a pinched nerve in my neck that was affecting the feeling in my arm, hand and finger feelings.. With a doctor's referral in hand, I contacted this clinic since my children had already been there previously and I knew the manager, Arthur, who had been my tennis instructor. True they only use curtains, just as one does in a hospital and true they rely on assistants and aids, but the friendliness of the clinicians creates a comfortable environment. Even the patients begin to connect with each other as they are being treated. From the get go, Katherine "tortured" me. She correctly diagnosed the problem that even my doctor had not been able to and although I still was skeptical of her treatments and it took some time, the discomfort eventually went away and has never returned. I highly recommend this clinic.
