- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Before scheduling my first checkup with them, I had an overload of questions. Janet and Pamela answered everything in detail over the phone. Not once did I feel that they were irritated by my questions or trying to push an appointment without letting me know everything. Pamela is really sweet and kind ,and she made sure I didn't have to come in separate appointments because I was taking a bus from Ottawa. The hygienist (Michelle) was super cool. She did great work on the x-rays and cleaning, while answering all my questions about her profession and my teeth. Gave some great advice on Oral hygiene. I actually went from Ottawa to Orleans to see Dr. Sunita Bhatia, but due to some miscommunication, Dr. Maryse Cadieux came to see me. She was great as well.
