- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Some brokers there may care about their clients - but it feels like the one who was handling my car accident claim was just shuffling paper. I called in a claim after a car accident wrote off my car on Friday morning, and four days later my insurance provider still hadn't phoned me. After a frustrating day trying to get a hold of someone the best I could figure out was a clerical error resulted in my claim languishing in limbo - where it would likely be today had I not spent an aggravating afternoon chasing people. The insurance company didn't even know an accident had occurred. This may have been a simple mistake, but for an organization whose day-to-day operation involves dealing with claims it's very surprising to learn that following up to ensure clients claims are being processed isn't a given. I cannot recommend this business - at least not without a warning that customers may wind up chasing the insurance providers on their own.by Greg LanthierNovember 05, 2017
