  I only wish that I read these reviews before buying glasses here. Talk about useless customer service. I cannot believe the branch at Centrum is still in business with their mentality. Absolutely brutal.

  Most unhappy and frustrating shopping experience I have ever experienced. I would give them zero star if I could. I prepaid almost $800 for my prescription sunglasses and was told it would be ready in a week. It has been 7 weeks now and I still did not get my glasses. During this time, Laurier Optical did not actively contact me. The manager promised to call me several times, but he did not call me at all. I had to call them week after week to follow up. There were problems to make the glasses in the lab first. And then it took really long time to ship. At this point, I still did not have my glasses and it is still in "shipping" status. I was told that I cannot do anything but wait (there is no refund or store credit). This is absurd. If they cannot fulfill the order, why I cannot get refund? Anyway, I just want to get my glasses and get this over. And I will never shop here again.
