  I was not impressed on how I was treat by one of the brokers in the office, I had switched by banking info and for some reason they said they never received it and yes of course I keep everything when I call the office to speak to Brenda she was very rude and basically called me a liar and when I gave her proof she them offered me a credit of$35 dollars and raised my insurance still to over $100 monthly... Not much of a bargain there..!! How do you justify charging those rates !! I just found insurance for my newer vehicle I just purchased 3 years newer and it is still 25$ monthly cheaper...!! What a scam insurance brokers are..!! Utterly disappointed with this experience ....!!

  I had my previous insurance with another company for years. Then their rates went up dramatically with no explanation. It was like a take it or leave it attitude. As soon as I called Karen Benell from Gifford & Associates she was like a breath of fresh air. She worked on my file and got the right company for our house insurance and we ended up paying exactly what we use to pay for more coverage. So appreciative for Karen's help. Since then we have moved other insurance products to Karen and each time she displayed a professional and caring attitude to us. Thank you Gifford & Associates for having such an amazing person representing your company.
