  As soon as I walked into Dr. Van Wycks office I felt so welcomed by the receptionist and the waiting room was flawless. It was great up until I met Dr Van Wyck, he walked into the patient room and did not shake my hand, nor did he say hello. His professionalism was disturbing and he did not listen to me, he asked me several times to repeat myself because he was talking over me. It was not the experience one should encounter with a doctor. I do not recommend him at all. It's a shame because his team was unbelievably great.

  So I had a cyst - bump on the tip of my nose. I decided to go for a consultation with this doctor to see iff he can remove it. I payed my friend 100 bucks to drive me to Ottawa to attend my consaltation. I waited about 10 minets in the office then was called into a room. The doctor seemed to be in a rush and said he can shave the bump off the tip of my nose. Total time spent on consaltation was 1 minet with the doctor. So i book for the procedure to be done came back a couple weeks later to get it removed. The first thing he says when he walks into the surgery room is ok where is this thing!! i was realy realy nervous and was afraid and uncomfortable. His assistant was like dont worry everything going to be fine you have nothing to worry about. He froze my nose and cut the bump off the tip of my nose. Now im left with a huge very highly noticeable indented whitish scar.it looks 100 times worse than when i had the bump on the tip of my nose. I go back for a follow up appointment and he sticks a needle in my nose dident seem to do anything or make it better. Now im stuck with a creator on the tip of my nose. My self-esteem has droped im supper depressed dont want to show my face anywhere i dont go out or do anything anymore because of the embarrassment of my nose . I cant get a girlfriend because of how my nose is prity much destroyed my life. Now all i want to do is hide in my dark room and die. He is by far the worst decision ive ever made in my life.bottom line is he dident care at all and rushed. Im a 32 year old physicaly fit man. Ive been in the canadian armed forces for 8 years.im in my prime and just wanted to look and feel beter about myself meet a girl and have a family now that hope is prity much gone . I would not recommend this doctor for anything. I hope me sharing my horible experience with this doctor will help you make the decision for yourself rather to choose him. Ottawa clinic is the way to go .
