- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪You have to call 100 times for them to pick up the phone and give you an appointment. Then you go there and the secretary is frowning all the time and makes you feel unwelcome. I want to make an official complaint. If anyone knows how, please let me know. Seriously I have been trying for one week to call them and book an appointment for echocardiogram. They are the only CML branch in Ottawa that offers it and they never pick up the phone. I tried calling at all times, mornings, before noon, afternoon, before they close at 4. No luck.
