  Had a few positive experiences here, but bad visits far outweigh the good ones. Two of my appointments were cancelled last year, only half an hour before the actual appointment – in both cases I was notified just as I was leaving the house. These appointments were within 4 days of each other, and since I took time off work for them, it would have been nice if I could also charge the dentist a $75 last minute cancellation fee. I happen to think that my time is valuable as well. Spouse had a root canal done here, which subsequently got infected as the root cavity wasn’t properly sealed. The same dentist at ADC had to re-do it, and we got charged for this work again. To make things worse, there was even a long lasting side effect after the procedure (tingle on the side of the lip) possibly due to freezing/nerve damage. For my own root canal, I requested a referral to a specialist / endodontist, who did an excellent job removing the pulp/sealing the roots. Afterwards, I went back to ADC where the dentist placed a permanent filling inside the tooth cavity. I’ve recently discovered that this filling was not placed properly, which caused some complications/leakage inside the tooth, and I am now back at the specialist’s office to see if it can be repaired. The tooth may have to be extracted at this point, after nearly $2k already spent on this root canal. On another separate visit to this dentist, a simple filling was not done properly (ended up being loose). I had it re-done at another dental office, even though insurance had to cover the cost. Someone suggested to me that I could go back and see if the dentist at ADC (who originally did the filling) would fix it for free, but I chose not to go back there again. I am just not sure why I waited so long to switch to another dental office. You can take any of these events on their own, and it’s probably not such a big deal (these things happen, right), but combine them all together and then it just becomes a little bit too much to tolerate… For some of you, this place may be wonderful, as it seems that new patients are randomly assigned to one of the family dentists (8 of them I believe). This is why your own experiences may be completely different than mine. For what it’s worth, I just felt that I should share some of my own, so take them as you will. The only great thing about that place, in my own view, is Andrea (the hygienist).

  The staff at Associated Dental Care are exceptional. I called with an dental emergency and they fit me in immediately. The reception staff were incredibly sympathetic to my needs. Dr. Zapolski took the time to explain the procedure and answer my questions, and was patient with me throughout the appointment. The staff were helpful, knowledgable, and eased my anxiety about a stressful situation. I couldn't have asked for better team!
