  This is the second time I have tried going to this clinic. The first time was on a weekday, I called ahead to ask if they take walk ins and was told yes, even for patients that are not theirs. When I got there 15mins later she told me the complete opposite and denied ever talking to me on the phone, and told me to go somewhere else. This time I tried again, called ahead but they don't answer phones on weekends for some reason. Their voicemail said that they take walk ins until 5 and said nothing about only taking their own patients, but when I got there the receptionist, again, rudely told me to go somewhere else because I don't have a doctor there. They need to either specify in their voicemail message that they won't take non-clients or just suck it up and let people who need help be seen there instead of sending them to the already crowded ER.

  The doctors I have seen have all been excellent. My only complaint is a few receptionists are loud especially while on the phone. I heard one clearly say a patients full name then tell her about a test she needed. Hello, confidentiality!!! One receptionist in particular is very abrupt and rude in the phone.

  Went to this clinic on a Saturday morning, as the one I usually go to stopped taking walk-ins at 11am. I was a little apprehensive going to this one after reading the recent reviews but both the receptionist and doctor were kind, courteous and helpful. Waiting time was about 1 hour but that was no big deal for me.
