I personally had a terrible experience, so I contacted the royal college of dental surgeons and found out that he has a long history of being investigated. The college has reprimanded, cautioned and warned him on numerous occasions. How ever he is still practicing????

Terrible dentists. Contact the college of dental physicians for a list of all of the prior and current complaints. He has been cautioned and disciplined on numerous occasions. I'm surprised he's still practicing with his bad record. He likes to blow his own horn and make out that he's qualified to perform all kinds of dentistry when he's not! He is a general dentist. Likes to come across as super friendly and that he's doing you a favor. Always has a special price...just for you! He ruined my teeth and tried really hard to convince me that I had gum disease and needed him to perform emergency oral surgery or else! Well at this point I had grown uncomfortable with some of the tactics and sought a second opinion. Good thing, because I Don't even have gum disease. Can you imagine... •

Contact the royal college of dental surgeons for the list of complaints. The College has reprimanded, warned and cautioned him on numerous occasions. This dentist ruined my teeth and then wanted to charge me AGAIN TO FIX THEM. He is NOT A SPECIALIST! he is NOT qualified to do any kind of oral surgery and by law he is supposed to inform his customers of this. The work he did do ALL had to be redone. I found him arrogant and a bully. He tries to come across as kind and caring. I found him overly friendly and very touchy, feely. He made me uncomfortable.. the only thing Paul cares about is your wallet. If you try to ask questions he gets red in the face, raises his voice and becomes defensive. Like "How dare you question" me! very unprofessional. To many of his client's claim the exact same issues for it to be coincidental but a pattern. He'll try to tell you, that you have gum disease, need a night guard, root canal, anything just to make money. He even tried to convince me that I had gum disease. He claimed I needed emergency surgery a painful, evasive and expensive procedure. I went for a second opinion and I absolutely do NOT have gum disease. Can you imagine? And for what? Profit! I reported him to the College and they are proceeding to investigate him....again. Sincerely [Less]

Terrible and dishonest. Do your research first don't wait for him to run up your insurance and perform bogus procedures for his profit. Contact the royal college of dental surgeons for a list of past and current complaints that he's been, warned, cautioned, reprimanded for. I've never had a Doctor push his services so hard or talk about themselves so much. He made me feel uncomfortable especially when I tried to question him,He raised his voice, became upset and reminded of all his "accomplishments" plus still plays hockey four times a week!?? a published author, YouTube superstar, world class speaker...blah,blah, blah. Keep looking.

Professional scammer! Contact the royal college of dental surgeons for a list of past and current complaints that he has been reprimanded, cautioned and warned for. I had a terrible experience. I originally went in for a chipped tooth that he fixed but fell out within a week. He claimed it was because I was grinding my teeth and needed to purchase a night guard for two hundred dollars and I did. Even though I'm in my fifties and had never been told that before but he insisted. When I returned he gave me a large estimate claiming I needed extensive dental care including oral surgery for gum disease. I found it strange because I'd always had dental insurance and for the most part had regular care and no major issues. When i questioned him he became upset turned red, raised his voice and reminded me that he was a "great dentist, orthodontist, specialist, surgeon with decades of experience, an author, YouTube superstar, worldclass speaker, hockey player that plays four times a week! Like I care. Plus i found it strange very unprofessional for a doctor to keep blowing his own horn. I felt he was trying to sell/push/pressure me. He made me feel uncomfortable. I became suspicious got a second opinion and guess what no gum disease! Can you imagine? He was prepared to do an evasive, painful, expensive and completely unrequired surgery. And for what? Profit! Do your research first i wish I would of. I'm not alone far too many others of his customers claim the same thing for it to be coincidental but rather a suspicions pattern. I reported him and currently have an open case with college against him. Pretty sad when you can't trust your own Doctor. sincerely Celine

Terrible dentist. Contact the royal college of dental surgeons for a list of his past and current convictions for which he has been cautioned, warned and reprimanded for. I wish I would of before he ruined my teeth and performed several completely bogus procedures. He Claimed I had gum disease and tried to pressure me into having emergency surgery. Well, I got a second opinion and guess what? No gum diseases. Can you imagine? Keep looking.

Terrible dentist, very dishonest. Contact the royal college of dental physicians for a list of past and present complaints. This "dentist" has been warned, cautioned, reprimanded, on numerous occasions by the college. But he is still practicing??! He ruined my teeth. He tried to intimidate me into having oral surgery for gum disease, that I don't even have upon second opinion. Can you imagine? For what? His profit and I'm not alone. Read his reviews and you'll quickly realize that too many of "us" share the same complaints for it to be coincidences but rather a pattern. Do your own investigating. Keep looking, I wish I would have. Sincerely, cel

Do your research, I wish I would have before he ruined my teeth and ran up a huge bill. First, contact the college of royal dental physicians for a list of the past and current complaints. He has been cautioned, warned, reprimanded. But is still licensed as a GENERAL dentist. He is not certified to perform any specialized dentistry. However, he advertises otherwise. Read all his reviews and you'll quickly realize that too many of them are the same to be coincidental. He tried to convince me that I had gum disease and wanted to perform emergency, evasive, painful, expensive surgery. When I questioned him, he became irate, reminded me that he is an accomplished dentist, author, YouTube star, world class speaker, plays hockey four nights a week, blah, blah, blah. I felt uncomfortable and found this type of sales pitch very unprofessional especially for a Dr. Well luckily I didn't believe him and got a second opinion. NO gum disease! Can you imagine! For what , his profit. Don't trust him.

Terrible dentist. Do your own research. Contact the college of dental physicians for a list of his past and present complaints that he has been cautioned and disciplined for. The work he did do was poorly done, the fillings cracked and fell out. He tried to pressure me into having an expensive and evasive oral surgery for gum disease, that I don't have. When i tried questioning him he became irate and talked down to me because after all his a big shot dentist, a world class speaker, a published author, on YouTube star and plays hockey four nights a week! He was overly friendly unprofessional and besides who cares. All I went in for was a chipped tooth. He was constantly blowing his own horn. I believe it's not a mistake and that he continues get away with bogus insurance claims for work that is unrequired. I thought doctors were respectable and held a Hippocratic oath until I dealt with him. As far as I'm concerned he's a professional scammer and getting very rich off of it.

  • COMPASSION, EMPATHY, BIG HEART:) Went there 3 times already. 2 cleanups and a wisdom tooth removal (completely painless). I have remitting-relapsing MS, and therefore have numbness and nerve pain quite easily. Dr. Greenacre (or Dr. "G", like his staff call him, and he doesn't mind that nickname, which just adds to the friendliness - of everyone - in the clinic). He has deep knowledge and well-developed techniques, and co relates easily to other diseases, like mine, that may affect treatment, and better ultimate outcome. He removed only one of my wisdom tooth so far, and will do 2 others shortly (4th not ready yet). Only one already and it released my jaw for better movement, a major improvement that relieved jaw numbness I had due to the tooth itself and my MS - and didn't realize I had that, because I was so used to it - just made it worse. He accepted my ODSP coverage and went above and beyond in the treatment, even not necessarily part of the covered part of ODSP, to fix the way I close my mouth and whitened and fix esthetically a front tooth problem I had since I was a kid. A real emphatic Dentist with a big big heart. Can't wait to see you again Dr. G! :)

  • I have never been to a dentist that was as thorough as Dr Greenacre and his team. From the cleaning through the new patient exam the amount of attention, detail, genuine care and explanation was way beyond the standard. This is the dentist who'll leave you smiling like a dolphin.
